My car stopped on the freeway and would not start, so I changed the timing belt on my car, the original belt had damage on it but the car did not start with a new belt, I then replaced the head and noticed that the old one had some damage as well, and it still will not start.

Check the camshaft sensor wiring. Ensure it is correctly plugged in. If that fails, try another sensor.
