Hyundai Accent Timing belt Problem

I'm driving my car this Morning and suddenly the engine just
Turned off and I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start. I just recently had the engine fixed with a new head gasket and the car was running fine up until then. Could this be a timing belt issue. Please let me know what's wrong with my ride.

Could be the fuel pump has failed or a timing belt issue

It turned out to be the timing belt and also one of the gears came loose but I must ask. How much could it possibly run me to get it fix?

So, the Cam Shaft came loose and the mechanic I took it to said
"That shouldn't happen"
I took my car to another mechanic before and they did the work that caused this...are they liable for the damage and should I pay another dime to them because and should they fix it for free.

It shouldn't if its assembled properly and torqued to specs-as for having them repair it again-No and for the free fix its not gonna happen-My opinion-Just don't go there anymore
