Car missing

Changed spark plugs ,coil,leads when ever i take the number two lead the car does do anything every other lead makes the car stall any ideas a few people are saying valves any ideas will be great thanks

If it doesn't change when you remove the #2 plug, it isn't firing. Remove the plug and check it and also check compression in that cylinder and make sure the injector for that cylinder is getting power and working. Let me know what you find.
