Dodge Magnum Battery Problem
I jumped started last night it started as soon as we hook the starter cables Today I'm unable to start the car I have some power just not enought to start the car

You need to take the time to put some punctuation in that really huge sentence, otherwise it can be read at least three different ways. I DO understand the engine won't start with what could be a seven-year-old battery. Suspect it has a shorted cell and must be replaced. You can verify that by measuring its voltage. A fully charged battery will read 12.6 volts. If it's closer to 12.2 volts it's okay but discharged. If it has a shorted cell, it will be around 11 volts or less.
