2006 Civic ex Engine scratching between 2nd-3rd gear

Hi, my honda has been having a weird scratching noise between 2nd-3rd gear while going uphil when it hits 3000-3500rpm. Fluids are all good, I'm just not sure what could be causing this to happen. Thnks for any help ahead of time.

Is sounds like the serpentine belt is bad, here is a guide on how to replace it.
