2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser check engine light on

I have four codes P01603 Pcm internal dual port ram communication failure
p0700 transmission control system (mil request)
u0101 lost communication with Tcm
p063a generator voltage sense circuit however I check the alternator it charging the problem is the connector of the alternator.

a lot of codes what could be the problem?

All of these could be a bad pcm or maybe a bad battery setting this. Have apro look at it. It could also be ashort in system as well or bad connection

I replaced the battery like 3 weeks ago.
Also I have more codes
po882 tcm power input signal low
po714 transmission fluid sense A circuit intermitent
po218 transmission fluid overtempurture condition
po1684 battery has been disconnected within last 50 starts

The others that you are showing can also be a pcm problem as well as a short to ground either on pcm or tpim modules a pro should check these out not a diy
