I installed a new battery and now the van will not start. Interior lights come on, the radio works, the fuel gauge does not work and the headlights and horn do not work. When I try to start it nothing happens, it does not even make a clicking sound. To remove the old battery I had to move a bar out of the way and I had to move the fuse box out of the way which is above the battery, so that I could remove the battery. In order to move the fuse box out of the way I had to take the cover off and then remove the top section that the fuses are plugged into, so that I could remove the nuts from the mounting studs to move the fuse box out of the way

That is the security light, If you have another key try that as the transponder in the key may be bad. Also lets recheck the battery cables here is a guide to help
