there is 2 fuses for this. one in your fuse box. check that first. if its not blown, there is one on the back of the radio. i have had many expeirences wiwth this problem.

Have you checked fuses? There are two. One is on the rear of the radio and the other in the fuse box. Check them and let me know what you find.
