2005 Toyota Yaris Repair Question

Unknown knocking noise
My 54 plate toyota yaris makes a knocking noise at the front when i accelerate arround corners or set off with the wheels not straight but this is the only time you hear the noise. Can you help?

This sounds like a faulty CV in one of the drive shafts, have this check first.

thank you for a speedy response. i just had the near side one replaced after it snapped clean in two whilst driving home on xmas eve. guess ill have to get the other one done too.
