2005 SAAB 9-3 car doesn't have power

Hey my car doesn't have power from 0 to about 40 and then after that its fine. Theres also a orange light on that looks like an engine. I don't know what it is I was thinking maby a hose is disconnected of some sort but I have no idea its al son turbo charged and has a 2.0 engine.

That is your check engine light. You will need to bring your car to your local parts store for a free scan, then list the codes on here so we can further diag the problem.
