2001 SAAB 9-3 turbo

l have no sound on blinkers, my radio and music is doing fine but blinkers noise is gone.L read on forum that this amp(what ever that is) is source of problems, but l was looking for it under driver seat with no success. There is only one cabel which is connected to the floor, but l can't reach it.
any suggestions, photos maybe just to see how that amp or else looks like. Thanks

I U HAVE A 2001 SAAB THEN YOUR PROBLEM IS WITH THE SID DISPLAY UNIT THAT IS WHERE THE SOUND COMES FROM FOR THE BLINKERS, NOTE ON THE NEWER MODEL 9-3SS LIKE LATE 2003 -2009 THE SOUND COMES FROM THE RADIO AMP UNDER THE DRIVERS SEAT, SO YOUR ISSUE IS WITH THE SID UNIT [SAAB INFORMATION DISPLAY ]. GOOD LUCK

Ohh.L think that SID display is the same display where l can see radio station, and some other thing. Some kind of a computer, right? But l have a problem with that for a while, it's all messed up. Illumination pips (little digital lights) that make up the characters are not illuminating all the time.L don't know what to do. Because the nearest SAAB service is soo far away from here.
