2005 Pontiac Grand Prix Blower motor remains on when ignition is turned off. Can't seem to get it to turn off by removing fuses, only taking battery terminal off

Is it an automatic climate, or manual system? More than likely, it is a faulty blower control module/speed control processor.

It is a manual system. Do you know where the blower control module is located? Thanks.

Could this possibly be a faulty relay that is causing the circut to remain closed when the ignition is shutoff?

It is located right next to the blower, probably held in with 2 or three screws, it has 5 wires( 2 black/purple/red, and a gray/black). There is no relay in the system. It usually shorts internally to the 'hot at all times' power feed to the processor, and that is why it continues to run with the key off.
