that is a quick connect fitting, you'll need a special tool , you push lineforward insert tool and pull line off. make sure to release the pressure though first.

I BELIEVE IT'S SORTA A FLANGE WHERE THE TWO PIECES MEET?

IF THIS IS CASE, THERE IS A SPRING SHAPED INTO A DOUGHNUT, THAT IS SORTA UNDER THE FLANGE

THE SPRING MUST BE EXPANDED (INTO A BIGGER DOUGHNUT) EVENLY TO RELEASE THE OTHER LINE

A SPECIAL TOOL (INEXPENSIVE) IS NEEDED TO DO SO, THESE TOOLS ARE MADE FOR SPECIFIC SIZED LINES....MOST SORTA STRADDLE THE LINE AND PUSH INTO THE "CRACK" CONTAINING THE DOUGHNUT SPRING
