I have a Hyundai Santa Fe, 3.5 and had a check engine light on for several months and was told that my bank 2 was bad for the catalytic converter. And that as long as I got it fixed before my inspection this February, that I will be good to go. So I drove it fine for a few months and now it will not get above 50mph. Is it just clogged and how much to fix?

Get a scan done to retrieve the trouble codes. As the CEL is indicating all the time any additional trouble codes would not be noticed. I need to know the EXACT codes to know if it is anything to do with the lack of power.
