My car is idling high, What is a control actuator? I don't no where it is located, and what does M. A. F. Sensor on my car stands for?

Mass Air Flow. Not that

Control acuator? No such sensor, not that

could be vacuum leak or idle air control motor but it would code. Is the check engine light on?
