U0107 code car won't start just turns over any ideas?

U0107 - Lost communication with throttle actuator control module.
At the throttle body. Check the wireharnes connector. Ensure it is plugged in and secure. If it is good, check the relay.

Ok i checked the connection evenings good where is the relay located?
