The check engine light is on and the codes are for misfiring on 2 cylinders. What would be my next step?

I have replaced the plugs, the wires and the coil. The check engine light is still coming on, and the car is running extremly rough. What is the next logical thing to check?

It is misfiring on cylinders 4 & 5.
