I have wheel noise that sounds like a bearing noise. It occurs going straight or turning to the left. It goes away with the slighest turn to the right. It does not matter if I am accelerating or not. I thought it was the right front hub and replaced but it came back quickly. When I purchased the hub one brand was $250 and the other $133. Since the car has 140k miles I bought the cheaper. Do you think I have a defective hub or what else should I look at? The car is 2005 Explorer.

If same noise as before replacement then bearing must be faulty. The aftermarket is selling lots of China made bearings and they are junk possible you got one

I checked the box and the hub did come from China. I replaced the hub with higher priced one this weekend. I still have the noise that sounds like a bearing. Whether I am accelerating or take my foot off the gas it is the same other than it gets louder at higher speed. If it goes away with even the slightest turn to to the right I am assuming it is the right wheel. Do you agree? What else should I check and how would you recomend I do so?
