When going in reverse the car jumps and the transmission slips changing out sometimes, the rattling noise is loud, but no check engine light nothing, sometimes the car just cuts off but cranks right back up like nothing is wrong

We do not know where the rattling noise is coming from so it is not possible to comment if they are linked.

As to the intermittent flaring/slipping, have you checked the trnsmission fluid level and condition? With no MIL and if the transmission fluid level is correct, you could have a failing transmission.

The stalling could be due to idling speed too low and that should not be a major problem and cleaning the throttle body and IAC should solve the problem.
