2005 Ford Crown Victoria batt light

The alternater has been changed and the batt is good ivee been looking for broken wires my solus pro scanner is throwing a few codes one is the p0622 ger not charging ive done everytbing. That I know is possible please help.

I have a power probe checking the wires and am tracing the yellow and blue strip back to computer it shows about 5.1 ground which I believe
is to be the communication wire

Are you sure the fusible link is good? It is a wire that is designed to melt down if too much power goes through it. You could have a good battery, alt. And if the fusible link is bad, it won't charge the battery.
