The amp light came on and I replace the battery and altentator and the solinaid. It is still not starting, what do I do.

There are two relays on the fender wheel should be on driver side!
Looks like two caps over plugs ends lift caps see the relays!
Car will get fire and fuel but won't start if either one of these relays are bad!
