Dodge Caravan Battery Problem
My van has been sitting for about 45 days and will not start now. When I turn the key it cranks but I also hear a tick tick from the engine. What is wrong?

Start by charging the battery at a slow rate for an hour. Due to all the computer memory circuits that drain the battery, a good one can only be expected to crank the engine fast enough for starting after sitting for three weeks.
