Chrysler Pacifica Engine Problem
In neutral it will not rev overr 3000 rpm and souns like oscilating

have the cat converter checked for being clogged

wrong answer. the car comes with a rev limiter from the factory. the oscilating sound is normal. what's the point of reving the engine in neutral though?
