2005 Buick Terraza Repair Question

The rear window vents are supposed to open and close together. i have one stuck open and one stuck shut
I don't hear the motor run when I push the button to try to open or close the vents.

Check the relay for that motor. Check the wiring to that motor. Make sure the motor is receiving power. If not, find out why. If so, make sure the motor turns properly. If not, replace it.
