PEM location

I checked out YouTube videos for the PEM location for my car but it's not there:
1. Under the car next to the gas tank.
2. Spare tire area
3. Under the rear seat, driver side.
4. Rear passenger wheel well.

where would the PEM be located?

By PEM, I assume you are referring to the Electronic Fuel Pump control module?

If so, I am attaching the location below for the XC70. However, you noted this was a 2.4L so where is this vehicle located? Is it in the USA or somewhere else in the world? If so, this info is for USA vehicles which is most likely the confusion.

What is the reason for needing this info as that may help figure out what the confusion may be. Thanks

Sorry, its a 2004 Volvo xc70 with 2.5L 5 cylinder engine. I'll check this out and look for the PEM (fuel pressure electronic module) this weekend and yes, that's the part in the illustration that im looking.
