Will using regular 30wt oil cause oil pressure light to come on, saying STOP! Turn off engine. Oli pump is fine.

No this will not be the cause, get the engine oil pressure tested, check for leaks when was it last changed and do you change the oil and filter as per the scheduled intervals?
