Was the correct fluid used?
How much fluids was replaced?
Apart from the fluids, was anything else done?

Yes the fluid level are correct.
yes the fluid used are correct.
The fluid replaced about 4 litres.
My problem started before i changed the oil, more than 40 days ago.

Snince problem started before the fluid change, it could mean something had gones bad in the transmission and it could be anything from a worn bearing to chipped gears, depending on the type of noise.

Remove the transmission oil pan to check for debris inside the trans. If any metal chips are found, that would confirm the trans has to be rebuilt or replaced.
