It seems all of the electronic conveniences such as theft protection, power windows, trunk opener are operating randomly. I went to bed last night after closing the windows and locking the car. When I got up this morning the front side windows were down, again. What's up with that?

The only component able to operate the window when all things are closed would be the Body Control Module. Get a scan done to see if there are any trouble codes. These are body codes so a normal code reader would not work. You need appropriate scan tool to be able to do it.
