2000 Nissan Maxima Repair Question

My 2000 Nissan maxima will not turn off when i take the key out
When I cut off the car the millage stays on I can roll down my window the service engine lite is on and slapping it sounds like the car is still tuyning and the radio still on

Have the computer scanned for code/s, and also have the ignition switch

Check the ignition switch. It may not be turning off properly. Also have it scanned for soft and hard codes.
