2004 Mercedes Benz C230 Repair Question

C230 Has No Response From The Accelerator. Engine Turns On But When Accelarator Is Pressed, There's NO Engine Response.
Engine turns on easy,
No obvious engine trouble.
but when accelarator is press, there are NO crank noise indicating no response from the engine.
Please help!!!

Inspect and test the throttle valve actuator

thanks, how can I locate that. is it under the hood by driver side?
