Dashboard won't work when it rains or damp days, but when it runs for an hour when it start to dry up the dashboard start to work. On winter cold days it work fine. Check all fuses and leaks interior everything seem to be alright

If youre only talking about your gauge cluster, id pull it out and unplug all the plugs and clean the contacts. It sounds to me as though you have some contact issues made worse by humidity.
