Can i drive this vehicle safely?
I have a dead cylinder #7 misfire. I've been told I need a new cylinder head. Can I continue to drive this vehicle until I have it fixed? 2004 Lincoln aviator.

Get a second opinion first, if there is a miss fire due to a dead cylinder, you should not drive it as you can do further serious damage witch will cost even more to fix.
