2004 Kia Optima Repair Question

Fuse problem
I have a Kia Optima and the "power 2" fuse is messed up, it's fuse number 23. Its is draining my battery. I need to know what this fuse goes to so I can try and solve the problem.

This fuse is for lots of stuff. Some of them are the door lock relays, interior lights, some exterior lights, power antenna, keyless entry, air conditioning and lots more.
I can help you more but we need to narrow this down.
