Sounds like someone was testing things while the ignition switch was turned on. The TPS code is opposite of what would happen if someone just unplugged it, and the coolant temperature code suggests the engine isn't getting hot enough. If all of these occurred at the same time I'd be looking for a wiring problem. One place to look is if a harness fell down onto hot exhaust parts and some wires are grounded out, even intermittently.

The oxygen sensor code isn't very specific. You may need to watch what it is reporting on a scanner that displays live data to see what is happening.

You didn't give any history on how these codes set or how the engine was running, so you might try erasing them, then see if they come back again. It's also helpful to know the engine size when talking about an engine running problem.
