engine code help

1999 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

my 99 jeep grand cherokee with a 4.7lt v8 keeps showing that cyl 6 is misfiring. i have replaced the coil twice all the plugs but i'm not sure what to try next do you have any help on this subject

P0306? A misfire is a cylinder that doesn't put out the power compared to the other cylinders. Could be fuel--spark--compression? Engine running, did you visually check for spark at the plugs. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Could be an injector issue?
