Putting fuel in my car

Can you please tell me why I can not put gas in my car? When I try I can only put about 1 gallon at a time. Only in cold weather. 2004 Elantra hatchback. What could be wrong how can I fix it thank you

Check the vent to make sure it isn't plugged or damaged. For fuel to enter the tank, air needs to escape. If it doesn't, the fuel can't enter.

Check that and let me know what you find.
