Whats wrong with my rear light panel?

I have no rear left blinker, my tail light works until you step on the brake pedal, then it goes off, and the brake light bar on top blinks. I have checked the fuses and bulbs all are alright

Check for bad grounds

Check the turn signal flasher module and also the brake switch adjustment

Check ground point G-401 on left rear body mount
