Weird chiming sound after the truck is started

Just recently my truck started making a weird chiming sound. After I turn it on it makes a fast chiming sound that last about 10 seconds and does it again when I shut it off. If I turn the key over without starting it and turn it back to accessory it does it too. It comes from somewhere under the dash instead of the speakers. I'm wondering what it is and how do I fix it.

Put your seatbelt on and make sure the door is properly closed. Check the door switch(es) to make sure it(they) are working properly.

That most likely means the switch inside the driver seatbelt is not being closed to indicate the seatbelt is being worn.
