I'm interested in a very nice looking 2004 Ford Taurus SES (Good Carfax report) But it has 135,000 miles, and had been a rental car...Is it a good deal At $4,500.00? and will the high milage be a problem?

Have it inspected at an independent shop. Expect them to find excessive tire wear that can't be solved, and worn steering and suspension parts. That is very common on all Ford front-wheel-drive vehicles.
