P2008 - Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Circuit Open (Bank 1).
Is there a cheap (easy & quick) way to fix this. need to pass emission test. thanks

yours has the electronic control unit vs the vacuum type which is known for some simple fixes. you might try unplugging the unit and checking connector. you could test the unit for resistance readings to see if 1 bank actuator is defective.
