2004 Ford Fiesta Front passenger electric window

The electric window on a ford fiesta 2004 on the front passenger side will only go down, not up. We have checked the fuse, and replaced the switch. The switch on the drivers side does not work it either. What could the problem be?

Check to see I f power is going through the switch then see if the wires in door are broken where door shuts that happens often if high mileage or used in a fleet type situation.
