Have 5.4 engine that has had regular mobil 1 5/20 oil changes with a motorcraft filter, truck runs fine with a rough idol at times, lately when truck sits overnight it seems to rev higher for first couple seconds with a lot of engine noise till oil pressure gauge starts to move and then quiets down to normal, not sure if its related but air bag light comes on once in a while when driving. Thanks

The timing chain tensioners most likely are the noise from bleeding down of the oil pressure overnight. The guides wear as well which is common. 105 is low miles for this to happen. I would have the oil pressure tested manually to be sure there is nothing failing on the bottom end
