I'm lead to believe that I'm not getting fuel. I sprayed some starting fluid into the intake and it starts but then cuts out again. I tried the fuses and those don't make a change.
I turn the ignition and it cranks over.
At first it seemed to start but then would sputter and die out. Now it only turns over like it's not getting fuel. If it happens to be the pump or filter where are they located? Any other suggestions you have would be great.

I would definitely agree that it seems your fuel pump is not working. Since you sprayed an "alternative fuel source" into the intake and ran till it burned it up is good indicator that you are not getting fuel. If you have a fuel pressure gauge I would hook it up and turn the key on to accessories and see if you are getting any pressure. The pump and filter are a single unit locate inside the fuel tank. You will need to drop the fuel tank in order it access it.
