2000 Dodge Ram engine won't crank

on 11-25-08 engine won't crank.Dash lights,radio, windsheildwiper all work,but when i turn the key to start everything stops lights go out radio shuts off ect.I replaced battery and starter still no good.Ihave power door lock and factory installed security alarm system.They seem to work.Do you have any suggestions

Get the battery load tested if it cannot hold 9.6 volts in 10secs replace it and make sure its cleaned and properly tightened and at the starter side too. Starting cicuit okay-might wanna have the secuirty guard system checked out.
