Chrysler engine swap

I have had an 06 3.8 installed in my 04 chrysler town & country. It will only run when manually fed fuel. I have found that the cam gears have different part numbers. Idle speed motor has been suggested as well as the computer needs to be swapped out. What do I need to do to get this car back on the road

If you changed the engine to an 06 3.8 V6 you need the engine computer that goes with that very same vehicle if you want it to run right.
