? The Procedures are to replace the motor mounts on a Pacifica 2004 3.5 Liter Front & Rear

Front clunks when accelerating. Clunking in reverse also

Lh mount. If you jack up engine remove the front cradle bolts,  loosen the rear cradle bolts and drop the cradle you can get to the top nut on the left mount. You don't have to remove the fans
this way. And you must remove the bracket the mount is attacted to,  to move it out of the way.

Rh mount. 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove both of the engine mount to cradle nuts.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Connect the engine support fixture and support the engine weight.
6. Raise and support the vehicle.
7. Remove the right mount bracket bolts (Fig. 143 )

Also make sure axle nuts are tight.
