2004 Chrysler Crossfire intermittant starting problem

after driving car,say 5 miles or so,i come out 2 hours later and car will not start.All dashboard lights up but car will not start.Came back an hour latter and car starts up.When all dash lights up there their is no sound from starter as if I am being locked out.All i get from Chrysler is that they can`t get car to act up.They replaced the battery.
Can anyone help?

Have the computer scanned for code/s and double check the battery condition and connections-also have the starter motor, starter relay, transmission range switch and ignition switch.
