When I turn on the car and I step on the pedal down the rpm goes only to three revolution and goes down one while I am park on my driveway. Anyone have a solution?

So does it drive normal with no warning lights on the dash? It sounds like a rev limiter that is built into software into the computer.

My 300m is hesitant to start. Usually, tries turning over but only turns over every so often. Sometimes it'll start weak and die off instantly. While driving, if I take my car past 2500 rpm it acts like a rev limiter. There is a rev limiter in my car. But it's set to 6k rpm.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Have you checked for a plugged catalytic converter? When was the last tune up?
