I have a Delco 24 si alternator that charges 14.5 volts, but only about 2.1 volts under load, (lights, radio, etc on). Thanks

Ok we checked belt and fusible link, Then we tried a Delco 22 si to see if was alternator related. 22 si charges at 14.8 volts under load. Thanks

Yes it may be a regulator but that would be internal and replacing alternator is easiest
