how to connect a 24v 3T6354 regulator A on a caterpiller delco remy alternator

i repaired a delco remy caterpiller alternator which had been dismantled by someone. I dont knw hw to connect it especially where the rotor eye terminals

if the alternator is no good why bother wih t the regulator.they are available rebuilt for anywhere from 70-120 u.s.
